The parachute ejector allows the pilot to throw the parachute away from the harness by simply pulling a trigger handle on their belt or shoulder strap.
It is a simple additional device, easy to equip, which always allows the parachute to be deployed in manual mode.
The device can be checked yourself, at the same time as checking the reserve parachute; the elements to be checked every year are the 9 volt battery and the CO2 cartridge, the charge of which can be checked by simple weighing.
