The SAMSON is a very light pendular ULM that can carry up to 2 passengers and a maximum weight of 270 kg at takeoff. Very flexible, it is possible to change the engine, the wing or the various options in a few minutes. The cart folds up to fit in the trunk of a car. No tools are required to disassemble the ULM. The empty weight of the truck varies between 72 and 111kg depending on the engines and options.
The SAMSON is an ULM made for travel . Inspired by paramotor logistics, its foldability makes it easy to transport by plane, boat, car or camel. Its speed range allows both to land and take off very short multiplying the possibilities but also to go at reasonable cruising speeds to travel see fast to counter strong winds. The range of wings that we offer is available in single surface and double surface . The monosurfaces (19 and 12 allow even faster folding and very short landing. The double surfaces allow you to go faster, optimize the rate of climb and the rate of sink and benefit from excellent precision. The wings are supplied with centering wedges to vary the CG (center of gravity) of the ULM, this adjustment is on the ground.
The trolley is supplied as standard with a front brake, a mudguard and 400/8 wheels. The wiring of the electrical harness remains an option because some motors are exempt.) Among the most requested options are:
A 28L tank for great autonomy (most engines consume between 3 and 7L per hour).
A trimable hand accelerator to maintain a constant speed in leveling.
A skirt to dress the underside of the cart and improve the air flow around it. The skirt can contain a parachute, an empty pocket and can also serve as a container to place a small suitcase.
A Backpacker Bag to put on the passenger seat and increase the equipment carrying capacity in the event of theft alone.
A quick spreader to remove the propeller from the motor without tools and speed up assembly / disassembly time
